Non-Refundable Subscription Charges
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, payments for CaptionPro subscriptions are non-refundable once charged.
We generally do not provide refunds or credits for:
- partially used billing periods;
- unused caption generations;
- failure to use the service;
- dissatisfaction with AI-generated content;
- forgetting to cancel before a subscription renews; or
- cancellation after a renewal charge has already occurred.
Cancellation and Renewal Charges
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation method provided within CaptionPro. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you will continue to have access to your paid subscription through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
Deleting CaptionPro, disconnecting a social media account, or ceasing to use the service does not necessarily cancel your subscription. You must complete the designated cancellation process.
Discretionary Refunds or Credits
We may, in our discretion, issue refunds or credits for duplicate charges, billing errors, significant technical failures, or other exceptional circumstances.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
